Steps to get the most out of Social Rewards:

  1. Choose the brand you want to promote.
    If your favorite company is on our program? Send them or us a tweet and ask!

  2. Sign up for your favorite brand's social rewards program to see everything you can earn and share! Tweet out their messages or create your own and share it as often as you would like. Change up the messages so they don't get boring. Take the link for Facebook and share it on there as well. You can post it to your wall or send it as messages. Email the link to your favorite offer to your friends, etc. so they have the chance to purchase the offer. The more times you share, the more points that you get and if anyone uses your link and buys the special, you earn even more points. You are allowed 3 system-wide shares per day make the most it for maximum rewards.

  3. Once you've accepted the terms of conditions from your favorite program add it to your favorites for easy access.

  4. Once you've earned enough points, click redeem! Then, you can enjoy the points you have earned.

Rules of Entry for the Social Rewards Program:
The Social Rewards program (the "Program") is provided by Social Rewards, Inc. (the "Company"), to you subject to the following Rules, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of Rules at any time at "Rules". By accessing or using the Program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Rules, in addition to the Agreement for the Program, which can be found at the link at the page bottom "Terms of Use Agreement".

Without limiting any of the terms and conditions in the Agreement or these Rules, the Program shall not be open to employees or immediate family members of employees of the Company or its respective affiliates. Immediate family members shall include, but is not limited to, a team member's parents, siblings, spouse and children.
  1. What can I tweet about?
    Once you are registered, you can find deals on http://web.socialrewards.com ("Offer Page") to tweet about. The Offer Page is the only place where you will find promotional content available (the "Promotional Content"). We will not tweet Promotional Content, or make it available through Facebook.

  2. How do I earn points?
    The number of points you earn for posting Promotional Content available at any particular time on the Offer Page (the "Deal") is governed by the "Instruction" displayed in connection with that Deal when you click the "Redeem" button in your user profile on the left side of the Offer Page (your "Profile").

    Your Profile has your social media username, and your "History", among other things. There is an "Instruction" displayed in connection with each Deal. There is a timestamp displayed of when the Deal was last updated ("Date Updated"). The same Deal may earn a different number of points at any given time. The number of points you will earn for a Deal will be governed by the number of points displayed next to the Date Updated above the "Instruction" after you click on the "Redeem" button. The number of points you will earn is NOT based on the number of points necessarily displayed on the Offer Page at the time you retrieved the Deal to tweet.

    The maximum number of points you may earn for any given Deal is 25 points. You may only tweet a Deal once per day. After you redeem points for any given Deal, you cannot tweet the Deal for at least 24 hours, but possibly for longer, depending on the "Specific Terms" displayed in connection with the Deal underneath the "Original URL" for that Deal. We reserve the absolute right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to grant points for any Deal tweeted in a modified manner with the content altered, deleted, or added to. YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM MODIFYING THE DEAL IN ANY MANNER as per the Agreement.

    You will not earn points for tweeting the Deal in any manner that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates any of the terms of the Agreement that you agreed to be bound by when you signed up for the Program, including tweeting the Deal in a manner that is in violation of the Twitter Terms of Service. Your Twitter username cannot contain or any confusingly similar terms thereto.

    You will not receive any points for re-posts. If friends purchase the deal you posted, then you may earn an additional points if that friend does not cancel and pays for the purchase without any refund at any time after purchase. Whether the friend purchase off of the deal you posted is determined by the unique URL that is embedded in the hyperlink that the friend clicks on when they land at our booking site. You will only earn an additional points for a purchased.

  3. How can I redeem my points?
    Log in to the Program and click the "Rewards" button in your Profile. This will only work if (1) you have enough points; and (2) you provide the information requested, including your full name as it appears on your valid government-issued photo identification (your "Submission"). If you have enough points "Available," as indicated in your Profile, you may redeem the points in accordance with the Instructions. You will then receive an email to the email address that is your username for the Program. The email will contain in the SUBJECT LINE the words "Social Rewards Confirmation - " and will be sent from the SocialRewards.com domain name (the "Redemption Notification"). You should view your full mail headers to make sure that the email is actually from the SocialRewards.com domain name, and not from a domain name that is confusingly similar thereto. The Redemption Notification date is the date the Redemption Notification is sent to you by email in accordance with the full mail headers displaying the date the Redemption Notification was sent ("Redemption Date").

    You are responsible for making sure you add the SocialRewards.com domain name to your safe sender's list, so that it does not end up in your junk email folder. We will not be responsible for failed transmissions of any kind, including as a result of your "junk email" or "spam" settings.

    If you do not receive the Redemption Notification within 2 business days, please contact us by clicking on the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the homepage of the Program. The Redemption Notification will provide instructions how to redeem your points by either referring you to a phone number DISPLAYED ON THE .COM website, or instructing you to print the Redemption Notification and bring it to the promises. The Redemption Notification will also contain a unique identification number ("UIN") that is associated with your Submission. The addresses for arrival at the appropriate venue with your Redemption Notification can be found by clicking "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page. Please check to make sure the address matches what appears in the Redemption Notification. You are required to bring a valid government issued photo identification ("License") with you to the venue with your Redemption Notification. We will check our records to make sure that the UIN in the Redemption Notification matches your Submission and that the name on your License also matches your Submission. If there is any discrepancy, your Redemption Notification will be forfeited and the account associated with the Redemption Notification will be permanently terminated.

    IN REDEMPTION EMAILS, WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR ANY PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION OTHER THAN UPON ARRIVAL AT THE VENUE. WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO CLICK A HYPERLINK IN THE EMAIL. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU VERIFY THE ADDRESS OR TELEPHONE NUMBER AS PER ABOVE. IF THE EMAIL HAS A DIFFERENT TELEPHONE NUMBER, ADDRESS, OR ASKS YOU FOR PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION OR TO CLICK ON A HYPERLINK, IT IS FRAUDULENT AND YOU SHOULD REPORT IT TO YOUR EMAIL PROVIDER AND VISIT AFFCOALITION.ORG FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT FRAUDULENT EMAILS OF THIS NATURE.

  4. Is there a time limit for sending out tweets?
    Yes. There will be an expiration date associated in the Specific Terms.

  5. What is Social Rewards relationship with our Company?
    Social Rewards is the Social Media Loyalty Program provider for the Company. The relationship of the Company and Social Media, Inc. is solely that of independent contractors. Nothing in the business or dealings of the parties is that of a joint venture or partnership.


  6. Is there any expiration for my points?
    The points expire 12 months from first use.

  7. Can I transfer my points to someone else?
    No. However, you may donate your points to an authorized charitable organization that will be listed under the 'Rewards' tab.

  8. What happens if someone else retweets my tweet?
    Points are earned only for the initial post. No additional points are issued for re-post. However, it is possible, but in no way guaranteed, that when someone else re-post, your chances of earning more points for a Guest Stay will increase.

  9. Can I email the offer to someone?
    YES, as long as the same bit.ly link is still intact, if someone makes a purchase using your link, you will earn credit for the purchase! You will not earn points (yet) for just sharing the offer though, someone has to make a purchase in order for you to earn points.

  10. Can I exchange points for money?
    No.

  11. Do I need to have a lot of followers or friends to use Social Rewards?
    We have designed our own unique scoring algorithm, age of the account, number of friends / followers and other factors to join the program. Client programs may have minimum requirements that differ from the requirements in the Social Rewards algorithm. We have implemented the specific filters, such as age of account, so that the engagement is of value to the client.

  12. I spent all of this time tweeting out for your clients and I cant redeem rewards?
    If your activity is in full compliance with these Rules and the terms governing your access and use of the Program, please contact us by clicking on the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the homepage of the Program.
